TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Booking a Financial Coaching Appointment

  • When you click the Financial Coaching Appointment link, you will be prompted to enter your details and to secure your appointment slot with a refundable deposit (details below).

  • Refundable deposit: Your deposit will be returned after you attend the scheduled appointment. 

• Booking a Life Insurance/Annuity Appointment

  • • When you click the Life Insurance Annuity Appointment link, you will be prompted to enter your details to secure your video appointment slot.

    • No deposit is required for Life Insurance/Annuity appointments.

• Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.

  • If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, your deposit (if applicable) becomes non-refundable. 

  • For financial coaching services, any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will count towards each client’s two no-cost coaching sessions.

• Agreement

  • Booking an appointment indicates that you understand and agree to our Terms & Conditions, and our Disclosures (see below).

Charmaine Mangram is an insurance agent and is licensed in Texas, Georgia and Hawaii. From time to time, she will offer clients advice or products from those activities. Approximately 50% of her revenue results from commissions from the sale of insurance products. Charmaine Mangram receives commissions from insurance companies on the products she sells. 

These practices represent conflicts of interest because it gives Charmaine Mangram an incentive to recommend products based on the commission amount received. This conflict is mitigated by disclosures, procedures, and our ethical obligation to place the best interest of the client first and clients are not required to purchase any products. Clients have the option to purchase these products through another insurance agent of their choosing.
